Monique works with widows in Rwanda and Uganda, in Africa. She has set up self sustaining projects in both countries, giving the widows the opportunity to provide for their families. She also holds “Discover Your God-Given Gift” seminars and ministers to the many orphans—some with neither mother or father.
Shirley and Larry have spent many years on the mission field planting and growing Churches, but they are now involved in helping national believers around the world plant new churches in remote places where western missionaries are unavailable or unwelcome. One tool Larry is working on is to format the different translations of the Omega Course to make them instantly available online to anyone, anywhere in the world. The second tool is the Delta Course is specifically for the national church planters who are ministering in other people groups, but who have no cross-cultural training.
Bill teaches and runs the Goroka Baptist Bible College which trains national pastors to take over the churches that the Smiths have “planted.” The whole family helps in the planting of a new church each time they return to the field for a new term. Lori is an R.N. and runs a much needed medical clinic. She literally sees hundreds of patients - many of whom come to Christ. Bill also is Field Leader for their PNG mission family.

e3 Partners’ unique, biblically-based approach of church multiplication incorporates all the key aspects of Christ’s commission. In 21 years, God has allowed us to see significant long-term results worldwide from our holistic approach to ministry that embraces going, making disciples, baptizing and teaching–all to plant and establish new churches. Since 1987, God has used our e3 approach of Equipping, Evangelizing, and Establishing to build bridges of unity and teamwork between 20,000+ believers from over 2000 American churches and nearly 250,000 believers in 15,000 international congregations. Together, these believers have worked to introduce over 1 million people to Christ, and helped plant over 12,000 churches.
Juan Carlos Parodi
Juan Carlos Parodi has served in cross-cultural ministries for the last 25 years in the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. A few years ago the Parodis responded to God’s call to relocate in Manchester, England, where they continue to be involved in facilitating cross-cultural church planting. They have come to realize the great need to proclaim the Good News and also to show solidarity to those who have come to this land seeking for hope. As Christians, they have a call to befriend foreign nationals and also the responsibility to show them the love of God in Christ Jesus. God has brought them to build a strong relationship with the British church to model a community that expresses God’s love in a relevant cultural fashion.
